It is truly another proud and honorable moment for us that our award-winning short film, “More Than Landmarks,” was given the opportunity to be part of the opening press conference for the “Ethnic Lanna Festival” on Friday, May 22, 2026.

The event was attended by director Nipan Chawcharernpon, alongside Nipon and Khemtong Chawcharernpon, caretakers of the Light For Kids orphanage Foundation. Joining them were our familiar young cast members from the foundation — Cheng, Jua, Newton, and Game — who brought warmth, joy, and vibrant energy to the atmosphere throughout the event.

One of the most inspiring aspects of the festival was its vision of creating space for ethnic cultures to become more visible and appreciated within Lanna society, especially through the medium of film and storytelling. This is also a mission that NPS has continuously been passionate about — using cinema as a way to share the stories, beauty, and cultural value of local communities with a wider audience.
